Bill Teater started Soil Analysis in 1998 and continues to provide septic installers with the soils information they need to build great septic systems. In 2013, when Illinois passed new codes requiring soil reports for septic installs, Bill expanded the business and hired Josh Litwiller. With growing demand, Jacob Rumbold joined the team in 2020. Today we serve a growing number of counties in Illinois for new and existing residential and commercial properties and have expanded our services to include investigations for Stormwater Management, Soil Mapping, and more.
